Plain-English summary

Free plan output is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Pro plan output may be used commercially. Ready-made Scene Packs may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, or packaged as standalone assets. Private Scene Packs generated under a Pro plan may be sold, transferred, or delivered as part of your own product, store, campaign, or client work.

1. Free plan

Personal use only

Product images, product data, exports, and other SceneSKU output generated or downloaded under the Free plan may be used only for personal, non-commercial evaluation, learning, internal testing, and private experimentation.

Free plan output may not be used in paid products, ecommerce listings, advertisements, marketing campaigns, marketplace pages, client deliverables, resale packages, or any other commercial context.

2. Pro plan

Commercial use

Product images, product data, exports, and other SceneSKU output generated or downloaded while your account is on a Pro plan may be used for commercial purposes.

Commercial use includes publishing output in ecommerce listings, product pages, paid ads, social campaigns, catalogs, sales decks, marketplace stores, and client projects.

Pro commercial use includes selling, transferring, or delivering Private Scene Packs as part of your own finished commercial work, provided you have the rights to any source images or materials you uploaded.

You may keep using Pro plan output created during an active Pro subscription after cancellation, provided your use follows this license and the Terms of Service.

3. Ready-made Scene Packs

Public packs cannot be resold

Ready-made Scene Packs, including their images, product data, exports, and downloads, may not be resold, licensed, sublicensed, redistributed, or made available as standalone stock images, stock product copy, templates, datasets, downloads, asset packs, or content collections.

This restriction applies even if you are on the Pro plan. Public packs are for use in your own finished work, not for operating a stock media site, product-data marketplace, prompt library, or similar redistribution service.

4. Private Scene Packs

Private packs can be sold with Pro

Private Scene Packs generated under a Pro plan may be used commercially, including being sold, transferred, or delivered as part of your own product, ecommerce listing, brand, store, catalog, campaign, or client work.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any uploaded source materials. Private Scene Packs may not be used to operate a competing stock media library, product-data marketplace, prompt library, or bulk redistribution service without written permission from SceneSKU.

5. Review and rights

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing generated images and product data before use, including checking accuracy, marketplace compliance, brand safety, and whether the output is suitable for your product or audience.

You must only upload source images and product materials that you have the right to use. SceneSKU does not guarantee that AI-generated output is unique, accurate, marketplace-compliant, or free from third-party claims.

This license is part of the SceneSKU Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between plan-specific product UI and this page, the more specific written plan terms presented at purchase or renewal apply.
