Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for SceneSKU subscriptions, credits, ready-made Scene Pack downloads, API usage, and AI-generated private packs.

1. Summary

SceneSKU sells digital products and services. Because ready-made Scene Packs, generated images, high-resolution downloads, exports, API responses, and credits can be used immediately, completed usage is generally not refundable.

We may review refund requests for billing mistakes, duplicate charges, unused extra credit purchases, or technical issues that prevent access to paid features and cannot be resolved by our team.

2. Subscriptions

You may cancel a paid subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, especially when the account has used Pro benefits such as high-resolution downloads, exports, API access, ready-made pack downloads, or private Scene Pack generation.

If you believe you were charged by mistake or charged twice for the same period, contact us and we will review the charge.

3. Credits and AI generation

Credits are consumed when SceneSKU starts or completes image generation work for a private Scene Pack. Used credits are not refundable because they pay for digital generation processing.

Extra credit purchases may be reviewed for refund within 7 days if the credits are unused and no related generation, download, export, or API usage has occurred after purchase.

We do not guarantee that every AI-generated result will match your preferred style. SceneSKU includes preview and review workflows to reduce wasted credits, but subjective creative preference is not normally a refund reason.

4. Ready-made packs, downloads, exports, and API usage

Ready-made Scene Packs are digital content packs. Once a pack is downloaded, viewed through authenticated access, exported, or retrieved through the API, that usage is generally not refundable.

We may offer a replacement, credit adjustment, or refund review if a paid pack or paid feature is unavailable because of a confirmed technical issue on SceneSKU that we cannot fix within a reasonable time.

Refunds are not available for misuse, violation of the Terms of Service or License, account suspension, or changes in your project needs after digital assets have been used.

5. How to request a review

To request a refund review, contact us within 7 days of the charge. Include the email address on your SceneSKU account, the charge date, the order or payment reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue.

We may ask for more information before making a decision. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when supported by the payment provider.
