1. Accounts
Account access and responsibility
You need an account to create private Scene Packs, download gated assets, purchase credits, or manage billing. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
We may restrict or suspend access if we believe an account is being used to abuse the service, violate these terms, or create risk for SceneSKU or other users.
2. Scene Packs
AI-generated images and product data
What SceneSKU creates
Ecommerce mock images, product titles, descriptions, categories, tags, options, and export files.
Your review matters
AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable for a marketplace. You must review generated content before use.
You must not use SceneSKU to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or upload product images that you do not have the right to use.
3. Credits and subscriptions
Plan features and generation credits
Credits are used for generation activity. Unless stated otherwise, one credit corresponds to one generated image. Trial credits, subscription credits, and purchased credits may be tracked separately in your account.
Subscription plans may include recurring credits, ready-made pack download limits, ZIP downloads, JSON/YAML exports, resolution tiers, and watermark rules. Purchased credit packs add credits to your account.
When billing is enabled, payments, renewals, refunds, and cancellations may be handled by our payment provider.
4. Third-party services
AI, storage, authentication, and infrastructure
SceneSKU may use third-party providers to operate the service. Uploaded product images and generated images may be stored in object storage, and prompts or image URLs may be sent to AI generation providers to create Scene Packs.
You grant SceneSKU the permission needed to host, process, transform, store, display, and transmit your content to provide the service.
5. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
Service limitations
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. AI generation, storage, downloads, and exports may fail or be delayed because of provider limits, network issues, maintenance, or configuration problems.
SceneSKU is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that generated images or product data will be accurate, unique, marketplace-compliant, or free from third-party claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SceneSKU will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
