Operating SceneSKU
We use information to authenticate users, generate AI images and product data, store and display Scene Packs, process credits and subscriptions, provide downloads and exports, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve the product.
We may use aggregate or de-identified information to understand usage patterns and improve performance, reliability, onboarding, and product quality.
3. AI generation and storage
Prompts, image URLs, and generated assets
To generate Scene Packs, we may send prompts, product descriptions, image URLs, and generation metadata to AI providers. Uploaded product images and generated images may be stored in object storage so they can be used in your dashboard, downloads, and generation workflows.
Ready-made Scene Packs are visible to other users and visitors. Their images and product data may appear on SceneSKU pages and may be downloadable according to plan limits.
4. Sharing and payments
Service providers and billing
We share information with service providers only as needed to run the product, including hosting, storage, authentication, AI generation, email, payments, logging, and analytics.
If you purchase credits or subscribe to a paid plan, payment-related information may be processed by a payment provider. SceneSKU stores records needed to track credit grants, credit usage, subscription status, and billing-related account state.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect SceneSKU, users, and the service.
5. Retention, choices, and security
Managing information
We keep information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups.
You can update account settings in the dashboard where available. You may choose not to upload product images and use description-only generation instead.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
